Our client, a Property Development Company, is looking to hire a Business Development Manager for their office in Paphos who will be responsible for sales in the Residential and Commercial properties in Paphos. In this role, you will need to travel both in Cyprus and abroad to visit partners in their offices, contact road shows etc.
Job Duties
- Plan, promote and manage the operation to achieve set objectives, budgets and Business plan
- Develop and recommend programs to meet client’s needs
- Implement strategies to improve market share
- Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate
- market analysis to determine needs, potential, desired rates, etc., and deliver accurate business reports
- Assist in developing and executing projects for assigned market areas
- Liaise with Real Estate Agents
- Identify and attend tradeshows/ exhibitions worldwide and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace and find potential new business
- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Job Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Law or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferably in the Real Estate
- Fluency in English. Greek skills are a plus.
- Russian language will be considered an advantage
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing and fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Ability to work against strict deadlines, independently manage, be adaptable and flexible
