The successful candidate must be a fluent speaker of Greek and English and should have a basic understanding of corporate processes and procedures related to the incorporation of companies. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Dealing with the Registrar of Companies in matters related to the online filing and payments for the relevant changes
  • Completing HE forms
  • Drafting documents for Simple Appointment, Resignation of New Director/ Secretary/ Shareholders
  • Maintenance of approved names
  • Incorporation of shelf companies
  • Obtaining from the Registrar the online filing codes for Cyprus Companies
  • Obtaining codes for UBO Registry
  • Filing and keeping the Archives up to date
  • Assistance the Corporate Administrator with any additional ad-hoc requests

 CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the corporate field
  • Up to a year of previous working experience in a Corporate Services Company or Legal Firm
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in both Greek and English, both written and verbal
  • Team player
  • Willing to learn
